Alias has created an application for events management for Kellen Europe which is connected to their institutional portal.
The application uses the web interface through which users can register for events and make payments as requested using the normal web transaction systems, all of which can be monitored through the administration area by staff at Kellen.
It is through the areadmin part of the software that Kellen can set up new events, specifying the location, duration, cost of participation, possible promotions for groups or early bookings, discounts for certain categories of user, additional services available with relative costs, etc.
The system ensures that registration and billing are handled and stored correctly, allowing the user to print off any necessary documentation and the events manager to keep a constant eye on developments.
